    I heard about Coach John from a family member and am so glad I started. I always wanted to try a personal trainer but didn’t want to pay the gym membership and be in the gym with everyone else in the same time. Coach John is so amazing, he is so fun and knows how to push you without over doing it. He helps keep me motivated and makes me enjoy working out – which I have never enjoyed before. I also love that he teaches you different workouts that can easily be done at your home if you don’t want to go to the gym like me. I would recommend him to everyone – he is amazing!

That night we had our first meeting. I cannot say enough nice things about Coach John. He is personable, professional and extremely knowledgeable.
